Inspired by natural granite, the Granitex line was born - an elegant collection with a unique design and excellent durability. This series consists of pots, pans (standard and deep), roasting tin, wok, kitchen knives and a sharpener.
Granitex deep frying pan with safe Swiss ceramic coating
The Granitex deep frying pan is made from the highest quality forged aluminium using Forged technology (which involves shaping the form of the pan using a press at very high temperatures), making it more robust and resistant to deformation.
The pan has one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick. It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with Xerogel ceramic to prevent cracking.
The thick, four-layer bottom of the Granitex frying pan conducts heat perfectly and evenly, making food preparation simple and quick and using energy even more efficiently. In addition, the pan is equipped with a special disc in Full Induction technology, which enables the pan to be used on induction cookers even more efficiently than before.

Out of concern for the health of users, the pans are free of hazardous substances, being an extremely friendly cookware. In addition, the extremely smooth and sealed ILAG ceramic coating is easy to clean.
