Compared to a classic frying pan, the Monolit 28cm Deep Frying Pan has higher rims - they are 8 cm high - and an additional handle, which makes it much easier to carry the pan filled to the brim.

The cookware is made of high-quality cast aluminium, which is resistant to deformation and scratching.

The pans have the Swiss Ilag Xera Dur 2® Ceramic Non Stick coating, reinforced with layers of Xerogel, so they will not crack.

The thick bottom, consisting of 4 layers, guarantees even heat distribution inside the pan, reducing frying time and using less energy. The frying pan has an integrated aluminium disc with Full Induction technology . Suitable for all types of cooker: induction, gas, electric and ceramic.

The comfortable soft-touch handle fits perfectly in the hand and does not get hot, making it easier to fry at high temperatures.
