Modern minimalism

The kitchen knives are made entirely from the highest qualitysteel chromium-containing X30Cr13 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance.

The blade hardness of the Ambiente knife on the Rockwell scale is 55-56 HRC.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle of the knives with a classic shape is also made of stainless steel.

To enjoy the reliability and stylish appearance of Gerlach kitchen knives for as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand. Washing the knives in a dishwasher, due to the high temperature of the water and the action of chemicals, can lead to permanent damage to the blades and handles of the knives.
