The blades are made from X30Cr13 stainless steel with added chromium for added strength and corrosion resistance.

The hardness of the Style knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 52-54 HRC.

The handle of the knife is coated with a special non-slip coating. The coating is a thermoplastic rubber that prevents the knife from slipping out of your hand, even when wet. In addition, the coating protects the handle from corrosion. The block is made ofvarnished beech wood.

To enjoy the reliability and stylish appearance of Gerlach kitchen knives for as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand. Washing the knives in the dishwasher, due to the high temperature of the water and the action of the chemicals, can lead to permanent damage to the blades and handles of the knives.
